1. Nature of Services
Kashi Moksha Foundation is a registered trust dedicated to facilitating Hindu rituals and last rites, including but not limited to Asthi Visarjan, Pind Daan, Shraddha Karma, Online Puja Guidance, and related services, performed under the guidance of learned Acharyas.
2. Eligibility
a. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to book our services.
b. If booking on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
3. Bookings & Payments
a.All bookings must be made through our official website or verified communication channels.
b.Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
c.Donations made for rituals and pujas are considered sacred offerings and are non-transferable.
5. Rescheduling
Bookings may be rescheduled once, subject to availability, if requested at least 24 hours before the ritual.
6. Code of Conduct
We expect all devotees and their representatives to behave respectfully towards our Acharyas, staff, and temple authorities. Any form of misconduct or disruption may result in termination of services without refund.
7. Spiritual Disclaimer
We perform all rituals as per traditional scriptures (Shastras) and under the guidance of qualified Acharyas. However, spiritual outcomes such as moksha, blessings, or peace of soul cannot be guaranteed, as they are a matter of personal belief and faith.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service booked.
We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by natural events, government restrictions, or third parties.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, videos, and logos—is the property of Kashi Moksha Foundation or licensed for use. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
10. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of these websites.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
